Sky news host Cory Bernardi says the Indigenous Voice to Parliament has been quietly changed by removing “executive government” from the wording and shows not even Albanese’s Labor party is able to support their original statement. “The Voice has changed not that you’d know it – Dennis Shanahan in The Australian reports today the government has quietly changed its position on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament and executive government,” Mr Bernardi said. “Apparently they’ve removed executive government, now this is simply incredible, they’ve been telling us for months unless we support the Voice, we’re racists but this move shows even the government is now unable to support their original version of what they insisted we supported. “The Voice is a racist and divisive move, it will potentially impact every aspect of our governance and enshrine extra rights for some Australians based solely on their ancestry.”
