Dr Paul Marik* in the above video explains the spike protein, the lab created enhancement of the virus spike protein which the mRNA injection, aka the covid vaccine, causes massive amounts of this toxic spike protein to be produced in your own body by your own cells.
Try fasting to get rid of spike proteins
The only way to rid the body of this is with the body’s own defence system called autophagy, or programmed cell death, in which any infected cell (from any disease) is dismantled and removed from the body.
Autophagy is enhanced when we enter a fasting state. The video below explains the process. The easiest fast to do is intermittent fasting also called ‘time restricted eating’, where you restrict you eating times to an 8 hour window each day, the other 16 hours are taken up by sleeping and not eating. This starvation period stimulates the body into “repair” mode where all the junk in your body is eliminated, including all disease infected cells.
It may be hard with a family, but if you can plan your family meals around this 8 hour period it will provide you and your family with a great deal of health benefits.
Watch this short video with the guru of intermittent fasting, Jason Fung, explain the different phases of these short fasts and the effects on your body. from David Blake
