THE transvestite featured at an Auckland library reading for children is often seen on stage proudly displaying a cross on his crotch.
The performer has described himself as a “slut and a stripper”, but today he or she’s being “all nice” and respectable, reading books to kids based on science at a council and corporate-sponsored event – one of 150 running for the entire month of February under the banner Auckland Pride and billed as an international festival.
Brian Tamaki, leader of Destiny Church, sees the so-called library readings for what they are – a subtle type of sexual grooming of children, “acclimatising” them to the spectacle of strange men dressed up in outrageous “female” costumes.
A lot of New Zealanders agree with Tamaki, but political leadership in New Zealand has been captured and groomed itself by this diabolical lobby, and actively works to facilitate their attempts to make themselves socially acceptable.
Tamaki and his Man Up movement have been fighting the transgender lobby for years, trying to get apathetic Kiwis up in arms to resist this cultural Marxist’s anti-family, anti-gender and anti-Christ agenda.
But neo-liberal Christopher Luxon, who in his maiden speech as PM, declared himself a Christian, has betrayed them. “I see Jesus showing compassion, tolerance and care for others. He doesn’t judge, discriminate or reject people. He loves unconditionally,” said Luxon, who forgets that Jesus did actually reject some people and resorted to violent action against those who abused the temple.
Luxon then went on to say that throughout history, Christians like the abolitionists, educators and others like William Wilberforce and Martin Luther King had made a huge difference in public life. Luxon hasn’t.
He’s a weak compromiser as shockingly revealed by his defence of Pride Week events. “We value diversity in New Zealand,” Luxon told the media. The protests by Destiny Church against so-called Pride events in Auckland “crossed the line and were not the Kiwi way”.
Need Tamaki and Destiny Church remind Luxon that grooming kids into the transgender lifestyle is not the Kiwi way either? Nor is flouting oneself with a Christian cross on one’s crotch on stage.
When Cairns News welcomed the National Party-led New Zealand coalition replacing the obnoxious neo-Marxist Ardern government, we held out hopes that there might be some sort of turn-around in policy that would benefit the people of that troubled nation.
We and many thousands of Kiwis both here and across the Tasman were to be bitterly disappointed. What we discovered in Luxon and his National Party were a bunch of small-l neo-liberal do-gooders, who were quite willing to maintain the entrenched bureaucracy and much of the Ardern legacy.
Luxon claims to have broken the back of inflation and has brought lower interest rates. “I think New Zealanders can see we’ve worked incredibly hard to clean up the fiscal mess that we inherited coming into government in the first year,” he told media last month.
Luxon and his Nationals, along with the conservative NZ First and Act NZ wings, might well have fixed a few things in the economic realm, but where Luxon fails miserably is in social policy, which the thinking person knows is as important as any economic ideology.
This was clearly demonstrated by Luxon in his turncoat defence of the LGBTQ lobby. Many Kiwis are disgusted.
