A GENE Technology Bill introduced into the New Zealand Parliament provides for “mandatory medical activity authorisations for a human medicine that is or contains gene technology approved by at least two oversease gene technology regulators.
Cairns News believes this is linked to the Gates-funded global experiment with genetically modified mosquitos, which an Oxford University-linked company has applied to release in Queensland in March, ostensibly for the purpose of reducing mosquito populations to fight malaria or Ross River fever.
Apart from concerns about how GM mosquitos might affect ecology, it appears that Gates and his front companies are doing this worldwide to set the precedent for “global coperation” in the realm of gene technology and its application to humans.
The New Zealand Bill put up by “liberal Anglican” cabinet minister Judith Collins and supported by globalist Prime Minister Christopher Luxon not only provides for mandatory medical activity authorisations with gene technology medicine for humans, but also raises the very same tool that that was used to push the dangerous mRNA injections – emergency authorisations.
The Bill allows the Minister for Gene Technology to grant emergency authorisation use when there is an actual or imminent threat to the health and safety of people or to the environment, for example, threat from a disease outbreak, or an industrial spillage.
Luxon and his clueless minister – a former member of Rotary International and Zonta – are not going to question another spurious “global health and safety threat” of the Covid kind spouted by the WHO and Gates. Already there have been a number of “global pandemic” drills in addition to the notorious Event 201.
As pointed out by Dr Guy Hatchard, an international advocate of food safety and natural medicine, these provisions in the Bill bypass the medical choice provisions of the New Zealand Bill of Rights as well as violating the conclusions of Phase 1 of the Royal Commission on the pandemic which found that vaccine mandates hurt people and the economy.
“They further pre-empt the findings of Phase 2 of the Royal Commission which has yet to examine the safety of COVID-19 vaccines produced via gene editing,” he says. “It empowers the Minister to make health decisions affecting all Kiwis on the say-so of foreign gene regulators of his choice.”
Dr Hatchard says the Bill is being passed under fast track legislation designed to prevent public discussion of its controversial provisions and adequate understanding of its impact by MPs.
“The Bill ignores the experience and lessons of the last five years of the pandemic which has been a gene technology disaster responsible for 30 million deaths worldwide. Its logic is therefore incomprehensible even to well-informed observers, but it appears to find echoes in a dark history.”
Dr Hatchard links Gates and his global medical operations to the policies of Hitler as referenced by Christospher Isherwood in his 1930s Berlin Stories, when Germany underwent a revolution that reached deep into the fabric of daily life.
Hitler’s ‘enabling’ legislation empowered the government and its appointees (read: regulators) to take far reaching decisions on behalf of the whole population. Its core aim was Gleichschaltung – coordination -designed to bring citizens, government ministries, universities, cultural and social institutions in line with Nazi policy.
“Today we are facing efforts aimed at global coordination of technology, including biotechnology, food tech and information technology. The New Zealand government appears very willing to play a leading role in this revolution, whatever the implications,” writes Dr Hatchard.
In addition to the prospect of government reimposition of medical mandates, the Bill does not require labelling of gene altered foods, which flies in the face of all the canons of food safety and traceability established over the last 100 years.
Hatchard says The Gene Technology Bill seeks to institute a revolution and spits in the face of the public who suffered during the pandemic and who voted in a new government with the thought that things might change.
“Instead we appear to have more of the same or worse. The refusal of Health New Zealand to publish up to date health statistics such as those for cancer incidence, speaks volumes about a government determined to avoid any accountability, even at the expense of public health.”
Bill Gates of course, comes from a family steeped in globalism and eugenics. His lawyer father Bill Gates Snr was on the board of Planned Parenthood, set up by racist and eugenicist Margaret Sanger to cull the Negro birth rate. He was also on the board of King County United Way, an international network of some 1800 “local non-profit fundraising affiliates”.
As noted by Catholic Stand, in an article titled Eugenics in America: The Legacy of Sanger and Gates, “the eugenics movement was a potent political force in early 20th century America. However, its membership was of a much different ilk compared to Hitler and the jack-booted soldiers of the Third Reich.”
“As did Sanger, Gates believes in the eugenist Thomas Malthus’s idea that the sustainability of the world’s resources is completely dependent upon maintaining population control. Ironically, Gates believes that improving health care, primarily through vaccinations, will accomplish this,” the article states.
It further states: “Population control is also central to the issue of climate change, another of Gates’s passionate causes. In a talk titled, Innovating to Zero, presented at the 2010 Technology, Entertainment and Design (TED) Conference, Gates proposed a goal of achieving zero carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 2050.
He explained his mathematical formula by which that goal may be achieved as CO2=Population x Services x Energy x Emissions. “So you’ve got a thing on the left, CO2, that you want to get to zero … [so]… probably one of these numbers is going to have to get pretty near to zero.”
The problem with Gates is that he has a Messiah complex, but expresses no Christian spiritual principles. He appears to harbour delusional beliefs that he alone is able, because of the vast resources at his fingertips, to solve world problems, for instance by vaccinating the entire human race.
And Gates’ “vaccines” are not simply protection against disease, but are now interfering with human and animal genetics. The man is delusional but manages to bribe all manner of weak and compliant people into running his schemes. He is a present danger to humanity and must be exposed and stopped.
