Ben didn’t stand a chance against the corruption of govt and media stacked against him- We will never know the conditions that they endured and we can only imagine the deprivation, despair and longing for family that lived with them daily, as well as the horror of ‘orders’ to go out and kill or be killed, one wonders how many of the accusers have gone through the horrors that the SAS go though for unlimited time in battle, upwards of three years without a break- and how it affects their mental outlook. If he is guilty how many others are too-whatever happens in the war zone stays there and should be dealt with in house and has been in the past-were the witnesses vetted or their word accepted as in the cases of Cardinal Pell and Craig McLachlan the he said, she said scenario has caused injustice and untold heartache to many-but all this is undermining their morale and their capacity to fight -too many of these men are depressed enough to suicide and have gone down this path. We live in a time of the Absurdity of Woke where people can make allegations and they are believed without be vetted-one witness against him was not even in the area and yet his evidence was accepted
I have never been to a theatre of war and have no idea of the emotional despair of these boys miles from home under orders from govt but I am in debt to these boys because I have never had to. The witch hunt was orchestrated by cowards – journalists aided and abetted by govt and it begs the question why? We have seen lately the reprehensible pursuit by journalists (mainly women) of innocent men determined to ruin their lives and their careers any way they can –we have also seen govts paying MSN to spread the hysteria during the pandemic hoax to entice people to have the poisonous vaxx -I have no doubt atrocities happen in combat but they should be addressed in house, not aired on the world stage -also because of the pressure they are expected to endure steps would be taken to toughen the new soldiers and ready them for what they have to endure- with their leader the illustrious Angus Campbell who should have stood by him but led the charge against him–since the massacre of Glencoe the Campbell name has been synonymous with treachery and it seems the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree-Then there is the pathetic behaviour of his ex wife who joined the witch hunt against him and would have no idea what happened in the war zone unless he said something and she chose to sell him out- there probably were things that happened but they also may have been taken out of context, anyway whatever is said between a husband and wife regardless of being ex should remain sacrosanct- I will never condemn our soldiers who go to war not because they want to but because the govt demands it and face the horror of kill or be killed They need our support not our judgement
Remember this is the man who braved enemy fire to save some of his men.
The SAS has always been anonymous and should remain so and civilians should never be in a position to judge them as they assume what occurred never having walked in their shoes.
